The wood oven
The oven by the bar burns oak and olive wood. Pizza bianca, whole branzino and our Sunday porchetta all pass through it.
From four to six a spritz comes with olives and something salty. After that, the cellar: three hundred Italian bottles, forty of them by the glass.

The garden room seats twenty-two, the whole house ninety. The chef plans the menu with you a week ahead.
