Delivery questions

What is the same-day cutoff?

Order by 1 PM, Monday to Saturday, for delivery between 2 and 6 PM the same day.

What if nobody is home?

We leave the flowers in a shady spot or with a neighbor and text you a photo. Tell us at checkout if there is a door code.

Can I choose the exact flowers?

We work with what is fresh that week, so we keep the colors and style of your bouquet and may swap a flower or two.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, to the front desk. Some wards do not allow flowers, so please check first.

Can I order for a funeral?

Yes. Call us and we deliver to the funeral home at the right time, with a card.
